Information to know…

A deposit is due at time of booking in order to reserve your date. **The first payment is non-refundable.** The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before your event. Once deposit is received you will get a contract sent to you. Sometimes these emails end up in junk mail. Please keep an eye out for these items. **Payment and contract must be completed before set up.**
If the weather brings unsafe wind or heavy rain we will have to cancel for safety reasons. In this case a refund in full will be issued.
Please let us know if your bounce house will be on grass or concrete so we have the appropriate safety equipment. Sand bags/concrete is an additional fee of $6 per bag to secure the unit. We do not supply generators for rentals- you are responsible for supplying the appropriate power and water/hoses if applicable. Power source must be within 100ft of the placement of the unit. If you have any questions please reach out. We do offer a small amount of generator rentals to add on if requested.
There is an extra $85 water fee to turn your unit into a fun water slide. The reason being- we have to take the unit home, inflate it again, dry it out and do additional cleaning. We also have to schedule rentals based on how they were used previously. The only water source allowed is the one we install- no additional hoses or sprinklers are permitted. If you add water on your own without letting us know prior to your rental you will be charged a water fee of $100. Many units require additional equipment for safety reasons when adding water.
**Please let us know if ground stakes can’t be used in grass**. Things such as watering systems may impact this.
Rental hours are 7am-8pm. Every hour added/late fee is $50 per hour.
**What to expect day of delivery**: We try to arrive 1 hour (or earlier) before scheduled time to ensure everything is up and running by your scheduled start time. Depending on our schedule we may ask to come earlier. We will do our best to let you know 1-2 days in advance. We make a drop off route depending on time and location. There are times we have to drop off early morning in order to accommodate everyone. This is at no extra fee to you. Many days we have 5+ units with a scheduled start time all the same or similar. Also- some units require more lengthy time for set up. With pick-up we try to be on time but will let you know if we will be late. If you are at a location that doesn’t allow us to be out of your scheduled timeframe please let us know and we will make note. During Summer, our busy season, we get numerous phone calls every weekend from people who book with places off Facebook or other backyard companies/scams that end in many no shows. While we try our best to accommodate these situations we do have many black out dates due to bookings. Please research if you choose a different company and check the WA State website for reputable companies.

Bounce Castle

Pink bounce castle doesn’t have a slide but is still fun for younger kids! This bounce house is 13’Wx13’Lx13’H. This is a dry unit only. Our current rate for 4 hours is $180 +tax or make it a 4-8hr day for just $50 more.

With a larger than normal opening, this unit is fun for all ages! Inside includes a couple “punching pop-up pillars” for additional entertainment. Measurements are 14’Lx14’Wx13’H. The rate for this unit is $180 for 4hrs or make it an 8hr rental for $50 more.

Deluxe Rainbow Combo

Don’t let the size fool you- this unit has a weight capacity of 900lbs. Perfect for smaller children and toddlers. The inside has a small climbing wall that leads to the double slide and equipped with a “punching pop-up pillar” to add to the entertainment. This unit measures 20’Lx15’Wx13’H. The Deluxe Rainbow Combo currently rents for $180 for 4hrs or make it an 8hr day for $50 more.
